Most frequent questions and answers
Standard lead time is 6 working days for in house tooling and materials, 12 days for new orders that require new materials and/or tooling.We make an extra effort to accommodate our production considering customer needs.
There is no minimum order quantity, however; there is a minimum press rate charge.
Usually not, we stock hundreds of cutting dies. There will only be a new tooling charge if we don’t have an existing die in our inventory that could make the needed label size
Faster turnaround on new tooling versus solid dies, cost effective.
We print labels from 1 to 8 spot colors or 4 color process (full color) plus U.V. (ultraviolet coatings)
We work with a variety of file types, we do prefer Adobe Illustrator, Quark X-press, Freehand, and PDF files. However we will always try to work with other file types or recreate artwork from scratch
