Most frequent questions and answers

There is no minimum order quantity, however; there is a minimum press rate charge.

We can print labels in full color with infinite combinations

Usually not, we stock hundreds of cutting dies. There will only be a new tooling charge if we don’t have an existing die in our inventory that could make the needed label size

We work with a variety of file types, we do prefer Adobe Illustrator, Quark X-press, Freehand, and PDF files. However we will always try to work with other file types or recreate artwork from scratch

Standard lead time is 6 working days for in house tooling and materials, 12 days for new orders that require new materials and/or tooling. We make an extra effort to accommodate our production considering customer needs. However, if the project is feasible in our digital equipment, there is no charge.
